Ingredients

  • 4 chorizo (marca resa)
  • Ragu Italian sauce
  • 1 onion, peeled,halved and sliced into 1/4 inch pieces
  • Olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Ham steak ,cut into 1/2 inch pcs
  • Brown sugar
  • 1 lb Macaroni elbows

Preparation

Step 1

1. Saute onions and chorizo for about 5 minutes.
2. Add ham pieces. Mix well.
3. Add Italian sauce. Simmer till blended.
4. Add 1 tb brown sugar.
5. Cook Macaroni according to directions.Drain.
6. Add macaroni to sauce.
7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese
