- 1 2 to all in individual serving size containers in your fridge and freezer for the week! 1 hour — 2 dinners and a week’s worth of snacks are ready to go

Food Prep Sunday! Step 1. Cut the tops off of bell peppers and stick them in the oven (sprinkled with a little Himalayan Pink Salt). Bake at 375 Step 2. Throw 93% lean beef and the tips of the peppers into a pan and cook slooooooowly. Add whatever else you want (onions, corn, ....) Step 3. Pick grapes off of their vine and rinse, chop other veggies for the week while all of that is cooking. Step 4. Put it all in individual serving size containers in your fridge and freezer for the week! 1 hour — 2 dinners and a week’s worth of snacks are ready to go
