Ingredients
- 1 cup pepitas (raw, shelled pumpkin seeds)
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 3/4 teaspoon Ancho chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
Preparation
Step 1
Place the pumpkin seeds in the Actifry (no oil). Cook for 4-6 minutes, or until toasted and starting to pop.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Add the seeds, tossing to coat. Arrange the seeds in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let them cool for 10 minutes.
Store the seeds in glass jar for up to 2 months.
