• 5-6 c flour
• 1 packet of yeast
• 1 tbsp salt
• 1 tbsp sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve in 2 c warm water the yeast, sugar and salt. Blend in with large spoon,5 1/2-6 c flour.
Turn onto floured surface and knead until smooth and springy. Clean and grease your bowl, place dough in bowl, cover and let rise until doubled in bulk(1-2 hours)
Make your pizza!
