Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken stock
Preparation
Step 1
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, then add the onion and curry powder.
Cook for 2 minutes then whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
Whisk in the chicken stock and bring to a simmer. Whisk until the sauce is thickened and smooth.
