Ingredients
- 1 can tuna
- 1 cup diced (canned and drained) water chestnuts,
- 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup Miracle Whip Light
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- pita pockets
Preparation
Step 1
Drain the tuna and place in a 2-quart bowl. Add water chestnuts, seedless red grapes, halved and celery, diced. Set aside.
In a 1-quart mixing bowl, combine Miracle Whip Light, soy sauce and lemon juice. Mix well. Pour sauce over tuna and other ingredients. Toss together. Chill. Serve in warmed pita pockets.
