Ingredients
- 3 limes, juice and zest, divided
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 6 green onions, divided
- 2 tablespoons chopped basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 lbs of chicken breast (or however much works)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine the zest and juice of two limes, the 3 tablespoons of olive oil, the mustard, W-sauce, soy, 3 green onions sliced, 2 garlic cloves, salt and pepper. Mix well.
2. Cut chicken into even cutlets and place in a gallon sized baggie.
3. Pour marinade over the chicken and marinate for an hour,
4. Preheat grill, then place chicken on grill and cook until internal temperature reaches 170.
5. Remove from grill and let meat rest.
6. Meanwhile, combine juice and zest of one lime with 1/4 cup olive oil, 3 chopped onions, 2 minced cloves of garlic, and basil.
7. Serve this sauce on the side with the chicken.
