Instapot Beef Brisket

3 Tb oil
4 pound bee brisket, trimmed and quartered
slat1 large onion, cut into slices
4 garlic cloves
1 can tomato sauce (6 oz)
1 cup water
1/3 c brown sugar
2 Tb brown mustard
1 Tb Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp chili powder 3 Tb tapped cider vinegar

Ingredients
- Saute, add oil, Brown 3 min per side. Remove and set aside
- add onion and garlic and sauce for 3 min. Add rest except for vinegar.
- Add meat and secure lid
- MANUAL cook high for 1 1/2 hours
- NATURAL release for 10 min.
- Remove meat. Select SAUTE on high and add vinegar. Simmer the sauce till thick, 10 to 15 min. Slice meat against grain and return to the sauce. Serve.
