  • Saute, add oil, Brown 3 min per side. Remove and set aside

  • add onion and garlic and sauce for 3 min. Add rest except for vinegar.

  • Add meat and secure lid

  • MANUAL cook high for 1 1/2 hours

  • NATURAL release for 10 min.

  • Remove meat. Select SAUTE on high and add vinegar. Simmer the sauce till thick, 10 to 15 min. Slice meat against grain and return to the sauce. Serve.
