Ingredients

  • 1 c heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp garlic Minced
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 10 oz bag fresh spinach - roughly chopped
  • or 1-10oz frozen
  • 1/4 c butter
  • 3 tbsp. onion (minced)
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper
  • pinch of nutmeg (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

- Heat lg. skillet (medium high)
- add spinach and cook till wilted
- remove & drain - squeeze out liquid
- melt butter in skillet
- add garlic & onion (5 min.)
- add spinach & cream
- spinkle in provolone cheese
- stir in parmesan cheese
- Season with salt & pepper
