Zucchini Bread 350 degrees 45min

Freeze extra zuch. in summer to make year round
makes 2 loaves

Ingredients

• 3 eggs 1/4 teas. baking powder
• 1 c. oil 2 teas. baking soda
• 2 teas. vanilla 1 1/2 teas. cinnamon
• 1 teas. salt 1 c. choc. chips
• 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 C chopped walnuts not too small
• 2 c. grated/drained zuch.
• 2 c. flour

Preparation

Step 1

Blend eggs lightly stir in oil zukes sugar and vanilla
Add Flour B.powder, B. Soda, Cinnamon, and Salt
Mix thoroughly
Put choc. chips and nuts in small bag with small amt. flour and shake to coat
add to mixture and stir in until mixed through
spray 2 loaf pans liberally with pam
Pour mix evenly into both pans
Bake 350 degrees 45 min. or until toothpick comes out clean
