Ingredients
- MINT LAYER:
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can chocolate syrup
- 2 c. 10X sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 tbsp. creme de menthe
- GLAZE:
- 1 pkg. chocolate chips (6 oz.)
- 6 tbsp. butter
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cake layer and pour into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Mix mint layer. Pour over cooled cake layer. Chill 20 minutes
Mix glaze (melt) cool and pour over top and spread. Refrigerate for serving.
Cut into 1" pieces. Very rich.
