Ingredients

  • 5-6

    chicken breast halves

  • 1/2

    cup onion, diced

  • 2

    tsp garlic, minced

  • 1/2

    cup honey

  • 1/4

    cup ketchup

  • 1/2

    cup soy sauce

  • 2

    Tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2

    tsp cayenne pepper

  • 4

    tsp corn starch

  • 1/3

    cup water

Directions

Add all except cornstarch and water to gallon sized freezer bag, freeze for up to 3 months Thaw in fridge overnight Pour contents into crockpot and cook on low 4-6 hours Whisk cornstarch and water then add to crockpot, mix well and allow sauce to thicken Serve over rice
