Ingredients
- 5-6 chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 tsp corn starch
- 1/3 cup water

Preparation
Step 1
Add all except cornstarch and water to gallon sized freezer bag, freeze for up to 3 months
Thaw in fridge overnight
Pour contents into crockpot and cook on low 4-6 hours
Whisk cornstarch and water then add to crockpot, mix well and allow sauce to thicken
Serve over rice
