All-Purpose Curry Powder

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
  • 3 tablespoons cumin seeds
  • 4 tablespoons coriander seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons ground turmeric

Preparation

Step 1

Toast and grind the first three spices. Mix them with the ginger and turmeric. Store in a tightly sealed jar for several months.
