Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of peanut oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 an onion
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tablespoons of cilantro
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 1 can coconut milk
- Raw shrimp
Preparation
Step 1
Cook shrimp until tender
Heat oil and cook onion and chopped garlic until tender
Let the oil cool and add the spices
Add the tomato and coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the shrimp ans serve on a bed of rice.
