Ingredients
- 2 Tbsps. butter, melted
- 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375.
Melt butter in a 11 x 7 biscuit pan. Cut each roll into 8 pieces and put in pan on the butter.
Beat eggs and add milk, cinnamon and vanilla. Mix well and pour over the cinnamon roll pieces in the pan. Sprinkle with pecans and drizzle with syrup.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 15 minutes. Warm icing in micro wave until it is thin enough to drizzle over the pan. Serve with the syrup from the pan drizzled over the piece being served.
