Ingredients
- 1 Package Macaroni
- 1/4 C Butter
- 1/4 C Flour
- 1 C Milk
- 2 C Heavy Cream
- 2 C White Cheddar Cheese (Grated) (8 oz)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Cook Pasta and set aside. In the same pan on medium high, melt butter and whisk in flour. Cook for one minute. Add milk and cream. Whish until it bubbles (4-5 minutes). Add cheese and stir until melted. Add pasta.
