Ingredients

  • 2 3oz packages lime Jello
  • 1 3oz package lemon jello
  • 1 Cup Hot Water
  • 1/2 Cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 #2 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 8oz package cream cheese
  • 1 Cup Mayonaise
  • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream (whipped)
  • 2 3oz packages cherry jello

Preparation

Step 1

Mix lime jello and chill in bottom of pan until almost set.

Dissolve lemon jello in hot water in top of double boiler. Add marshmellows and melt. Remove from heat and 1 Cup pineapple juice and cream cheese. Beat until blended. Stir in pineapple. Cool slightly.
Fold in mayonaise and whipped cream. Chill until thickened. Pour over lime jello.

Prepare cherry jello. Pour over pineapple mixture. Chill until thickened.
