Ingredients
- 3 cream, 3 tablespoons
- 6 cheese, 6 ounces crumbled
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup snipped fresh herbs (such as oregano thyme, rosemary, dillweed, and/or oregano)
- 1 1 1 Shallot, minced
- 1-2 peel, 1-2 teaspoons
- One clove One clove garlic, minced
- to and freshly ground peppercorns, to taste
- to cream, if desired to thin
- Baguette slices, toasted or
- Fresh Vegetables

Step 1
In a medium chilled bowl beat 3 tablespoons whipping cream until thickened. Stir in 6 ounces crumbled goat cheese, 1/4 cup snipped fresh herbs (such as oregano thyme, rosemary, dillweed, and/or oregano), a minced shallot, a couple of teaspoons lemon peel, and a clove of minced garlic. Stir to combine. Season to taste with sea salt and freshly ground peppercorns. thin with additional cream, if desired. Serve on toasted baguette slices.
