Ingredients
- 1/2 frozen banana, cut into chunks
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 ripe avocado, peeled and pit removed
- 1-1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon 1 nectar or 1 pitted medjool date
- 1 to 2 scoops protein powder, if desired
