Salmon Patties

Ingredients

  • 15 oz can of salmon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 heaping tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup flour

Preparation

Step 1

Drain juice from salmon into measuring cup, set aside. Mix salmon and egg. Add flour, mix thoroughly. Take 1/4 cup salmon juice and mix with baking powder. After this mixture foams pour into salmon mixture and mix again. Using a small spoon drop into hot oil and cook.
