Ingredients
- 3/4 c crunchy peanut butter
- 1/2 c honey
- 3 T coconut oil
- 2 T unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 c toasted rolled oats
- 2 c banana nut granola
- 2 c whole grain cereal flakes (like Total or Kashi)
- 1/2 c salted roasted have pepitas
Preparation
Step 1
Cover bottom and sides of 13x9" baking pan with foil and coat with cooking spray.
In a 4 to 6 quart pot combine first four ingredients. Cook and stir over medium heat until melted. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
Spoon mixture into prepared pan; press firmly. Cover mixture with wax paper then another pan. Weigh down pan with food cans. Chill 1 to 2 hours or until firm enough to cut.
