Ingredients
- 1 lb. sliced pepperoni (large size)
- 1 lb. New Yorker American cheese
- 2 lb. pizza dough
- 1 egg white

Preparation
Step 1
1. Flower and roll out each pizza dough until flat.
2. Layer ½ pound pepperoni, then ½ pound cheese in middle of each dough.
3. Fold edges of dough over the pepperoni and cheese.
4. Brush with egg wash and cut a few slits in top to vent during cooking.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
6. Can be served with marinara sauce.
