Creamy Caesar Dressing

Ingredients

• 2 cups mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
• 2 tbsp Dijon style mustard
• 1 tbsp anchovy paste
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp freshly cracked white pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, anchovy paste, garlic, sugar and pepper. Allow flavors to blend for a least a day.

Mix dressing with lettuce.
