Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh brussels sprouts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut ends off sprouts. Score the end of each sprout by cutting an "X" about 1/2 inch deep.
Place sprouts in baking dish. Add olive oil; shake dish to evenly coat sprouts. Roast, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Add vinegar and salt and pepper to taste. Shake dish to evenly coat sprouts. Return dish to oven; roast 15 minutes.
