Crock-Pot Potatoes, Sausage And Green Beans

This easy 5 ingredient recipe is a complete meal made right in your slow cooker. I used turkey kielbasa sausage but feel free to use pork sausage instead if that is what you prefer.

Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes peeled and diced
- 1 pound kielbasa sausage sliced (I used turkey sausage)
- 1 pound fresh green beans washed, stems and strings removed
- 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
- 13.5 ounces chicken broth canned or homemade, low sodium preferred
Preparation
Step 1
Wash, peel and chop potatoes.
Wash and remove the stems and strings from the fresh green beans. Cut into pieces if desired.
Cut the kielbasa sausage into bite sized pieces.
Add potatoes, green beans and sausage into a 4 quart or larger slow cooker.
Add chicken broth and seasoned salt to slow cooker and stir to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
