Energy Balls

A healthy and very tasty snack and only 100 calories for 2. Each ball gives you complex carbohydrates to fuel your body, healthy fats, plant based protein and natural sugar for energy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 2/3 cups coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup flax seed
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients together in bowl. Once evenly mixed cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Remove from fridge and form into small balls and place in miniature cupcake paper baking cups. Keep balls in refrigerator
