  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 1 envelope Lipton Onio Soup Mix
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 can Pineapple chunks (20 oz), drained (reserve 3/4 liquid)
  • 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
  • 6 Chicken Breast halves



Step 1

In a small saucepan, melt butter, stir in onion soup mix & cornstarch, then add pineapple juice liquid and lime juice.

Roll boned chicken & secure with toothpicks.

Arrange chicken & pineapple chunks in a 2 quart oblong baking dish, pour onion mixture over chicken & bake for 45 mins or until chicken is tender.

Bake at 350 degrees.

Serve over rice.
