Crock Pot Brown Sugar Balsamic Glazed Pork Tenderloin
- 2 pounds pork tenderloin 1 teaspoon sage 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 clove garlic 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon corn starch 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 1/2 cup water 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Mix together seasonings: salt, pepper and garlic. Rub over tenderloin. Place 1/2 C water n slow cooker and cook on low 6-8 hours.
1 hr before roast is finished mix together ingredients for glaze in small sauce pan: brown sugar, corn starch balsamic vinegar, water, soy sauce. Heat over med heat until it thickens about 4 minutes. Brush glaze over roast 2-3 ties during last hour. can broil for more caramelized crust.
