Smore's Dip

This dessert dip is super easy to make and everyone goes crazy for it. Loaded with chocolate, graham cracker and marshmallows. What's not to love?!

Ingredients

• DIP:
• 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1 cup miniature marshmallows
• 1/2 cup marshmallow crème’
• 1 cup mini chocolate chips
• COATING:
• 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs, coarsely chopped
• 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
• 1/4 cup marshmallow bits (you can usually get these where the ice cream toppings are. I usually find them at Target, not everyone has them.)

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, mini marshmallows, marshmallow crème and 1 cup mini chocolate chips. Beat until well combined.

Form into a soft ball and place in a container for 10 minutes in the freezer.

While cheese ball is setting, combine graham crackers, chocolate chips and marshmallow bits on a large plate or bowl and mix.

Remove cheese ball from freezer and roll in graham cracker mixture.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and serve with graham crackers.
