Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs. chicken pieces
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- 2 t. garlic salt
- 1 t. paprika
- 1/2 t. poutry seasonng
- 2 t. black pepper

Step 1
Beat egg and milk together. Mix dry ingredients together. Dip chicken pieces in egg/milk mixture; then roll in flour mixture.
Fry in oil heated to 375 degrees until brown. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and continue coking about 30 minutes.
