Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 3 ounces leftover pulled pork
- 2 slices reduced fat cheese (I used 50% reduced fat Cabot)
- handful of baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon hot giardinera
- pat of butter
Preparation
Step 1
Butter both sides of bread. Add pork, cheese, spinach and giardinera and cook on low on your panini press. You could also make this in a skillet using a non-stick skillet. Sweet and spicy!
