Oven Roasted Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 3 sweet potatoes
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 T brown sugar
  • 1/2 t chili powder
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/8 t cayenne pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Peel potatoes and cut into 1 inch wedges. In a bowl, toss potatoes with oil. Mix sugar and seasoning together and add potatoes. Toss until evenly coated. Spread onto a non stick baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes.
