Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken cutlets, cubed
- 1 cup Cornflake Crumbs
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Parsley Flakes
- Salt
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar or 1 squirt Honey
- 1/4-1/2 cup Oil
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Pour the cornflake crumbs into a 9x13 pan. Season generously with garlic powder, onion powder, parsley flakes, salt, and sugar or honey. Add the Oil and mix in, until the consistency is sticky.
Add the chicken cutlets and mix with a spoon until all the cutlets are lightly coated with the sticky mixture.
Even out the pieces of chicken so that you have a single layer.
Bake uncovered for 18-20 minutes.
