Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) box Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
  • 1 (15 ounce) can Green Giant whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can Green Giant cream corn (not drained)
  • 1 cup Daisy sour cream
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) Land O Lakes melted butter

Step 1



Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and lightly grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.

In a medium bowl, combine butter, corn muffin mix, whole and creamed corn, and sour cream. Spoon mixture into prepared dish.

Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the top is golden brown.
