10 Minute Dough
10 minute dough for all kind of bread.
- 2 cups warm water.
- 2 Tablespoons yeast.
- 4 Tablespoons Sugar.
- 5 cups flour, unbleached, whole wheat, or a mixture of the two, (you can use 3 cups white+2 cups whole wheat).
- 1/4 cup oil.
- 2 teaspoons salt.

Mix the yeast, Sugar, and water together then add 2 cups flour. Cover the bowl and let rise for 10 minutes.
Now add all the rest of the ingredients and mix well for 10 minutes to make soft dough.
Baking time will vary, depending what you add as toppings.
The dough is now ready to use for many variations : flat bread,pizza,rolls,bread loaf or pies with meat or spinach
Just spread it and roll
Make a braid then bake
