Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 - 8 count can Pillsbury original cinnamon rolls

Preparation

Step 1


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a muffin tin with nonstick spray.
Whisk together the pumpkin, sugar, egg, cornstarch, and pumpkin pie spice.
Open the cinnamon rolls and press each one flat with the palm of your hand. Press that into the bottom and sides of the prepared muffin pan.
Fill the centers with the pumpkin filling. Bake for 15-16 minutes. Remove and let cool for 30 minutes. Refrigerate until chilled. Drizzle the tops with the packet of frosting that comes with the cinnamon rolls. Makes 8 individual cups
