Ingredients

    papaya, cut into chunks

  • 1

    cup fat-free plain yogurt

  • 1/2

    cup fresh pineapple chunks

  • 1/2

    cup crushed ice

  • 1

    teaspoon coconut extract

  • 1

    teaspoon ground flaxseed

Directions

In a blender, combine the papaya, yogurt, pineapple, ice, coconut extract, and flaxseed. Process for about 30 seconds, or until smooth and frosty.
