Fruit & Vegetable Soak

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Fill a large bowl or sink basin with cold water. Add vinegar & salt, mixing until salt is dissolved. Put fruit or vegetables in strainer for easy removal, if desired. Immerse fruit, vegetables or strainer in soak solution & soak 25-30 minutes. Remove & rinse.
