Stuffed Jalapenos with Cream Cheese & Bacon

  • 1 package bacon, diced
  • 2 packages cream cheese
  • 24 jalapeno peppers, halved and deseeded
  • 1/2 cup parm cheese
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3 mixing bowls
  • cookie sheet

Preparation

Step 1

preheat the oven to 400 degrees. halve the jalapeno peppers and remove seeds and ribs. in a small mixing bowl, beat the eggs. in another bowl, place the flour in it. in another bowl place the panko bread crumbs and parm cheese together and mix together.

stuff the cream cheese and bacon into the halved jalapenos. once you are done stuffing all the halves, that is when you will lightly dust them with flour, then dip in the egg, then into the panko-parm mixture.

arrange the breaded jalapenos onto the cookie sheet. bake in the 400 degree oven for 30 mins or until the bread crumbs are lightly browned.
