Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cup chicken broth
- 4 cup water
- 2 package (1 oz each) dry onion soup mix
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 2 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 package (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off fat and set aside.
Add chicken broth, water, onion soup mix, tomato sauce, celery, onion, and frozen vegetables to a large stock pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until the vegetables are tender. Stir in cooked ground beef during the last few minutes to warm through.
