• 1 egg, separated

Preparation

Step 1

To make one, you begin by separating an egg.

Then you whip the egg white until it's firm.

Fold in one tablespoon of parmesan cheese.

Drop in a cloud shaped mound on a parchment covered cookie sheet.

Make a yolk sized indentation in the cloud.

Then bake at 450 degrees for 2-3 minutes.

Add the yolk and bake for another 2-3 minutes.
