  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (brick style0, softened
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked chopped spinach, well drained
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion salt


Preparation time 20mins
Cooking time 45mins


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F. Beat butter and cream cheese together until smooth. Work in flour. Shape into long roll. Mark off, then cut into 24 pieces. Press into small tart tins to form shells. For filling, beat egg until frothy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into shells. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until set.
