Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 tbs garlic
- 2.5-3 lb beef roast
- 4 cans of beef broth
- 1 can paste tomatoe
- 4-5 bay leaves
- 1/2 tsp. mustard dry
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- 1 bag frozen carrots
- 2 bags frozen cauliflour
- 2 bags frozen greenbeans
- simmer 1 1/2 hour
