Oreo Cannoli Cream Pie*

Easy Pie Recipe – ThisOreo Cannoli Cream Pie is the perfect dessert for every celebration!

Ingredients

• 1 (8oz) package of cream cheese- room temperature
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 (8oz) tub whipped topping- softened
• 1 cup ricotta
• 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
• 3/4 cup mini-chocolate chips
• 1 - 9 " round Oreo crust
• 1/2 (8oz) tup whipped topping
• additional mini-chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cream cheese in mixer bowl with whip attachment until smooth
Add ½ of the tub of whipped topping & beat until combined
Slowly stir in ricotta & confectioners sugar until blended
Fold in chocolate chips
Spread mixture into pie crust
Spread remaining whipped topping over the top
Sprinkle with extra chocolate chips
Chill in refrigerator 3-4 hours- preferably overnight if you can before serving
