Key Lime Pie

  • 1 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 6 T melted butter
  • 2 14-oz cans condensed milk
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 3/4 c lime juice
  • zest from 2 limes


Servings 6


Step 1

Crust: Mix crumbs, sugar and butter and press into pie place. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 minutes. Cool for at least 30 minutes.

Filling: Mix condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice and lime zest together. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let pie cool slightly before chilling. Then chill for at least 3 hours.
