Instant Pot Teriyaki chicken Thighs

  • 10-12 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 3/4 c. yoshidas teriyaki sauce or teriyaki sauce of your choice
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder

Preparation

Step 1

Pierce chicken thighs, place all ingredients in the instant pot, marinate for 5 minutes. Cook on meat setting for 8 minutes, let it rest for 5-10 minuted and then release the pressure. Use sauce and serve over rice.
