Ingredients
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 cups quick cooking oats
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
Preparation
Step 1
1. Grease a 9" x 9" pan; melt butter, stir in brown sugar and vanilla.
2. Mix in oats; cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Press half of mixture into pan.
3. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter over low heat. Pour mixture over crust and spread evenly. Crumble the remaining oat mixture over the chocolate layer. Refrigerate 3 hours.
