Ingredients
- 3/4 cup large flake (old fashion) rolled oats
- 1/4 cup pecan halves
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon liquid coconut oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon honey
Preparation
Step 1
Mix oats, pecans, almonds and chia seeds. Add coconut oil and honey. Mix thoroughly to coat dry ingredients. Spread granola evenly on rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30 minutes in oven preheated to 250. Stir and bake another 30 minutes.
Serve hot or enjoy at room temperature. Mix with Greek yogurt for a filling breakfast.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Makes 2 servings.
