Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 T finely chopped onion
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients; shape into twenty 1 1/2 inch balls. Cook over medium heat, turning occasionally, until brown, about 20 minutes.

Another option would be to cook in an ungreased oblong pan, 13x9x2 inches, in 400 oven until light brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 4.
