Ingredients
- 4 bone in, skin on chicken breasts
- 1 package cream cheese (250g)
- 1 tablespoon each finely chopped basil, chives, parsley
- 2 tablespoons roasted/minced garlic
- olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix cream cheese with basil, chives, parsley and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
Gently loosen skin on chicken, using fingers, to create a pocket between the skin and the flesh. Fill each breast with 1/4 of cream cheese mixture.
Place chicken on a baking tray and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve with pasta or roasted baby potatoes.
